You may use our video clips for your own movies and of course for free. You may alter, or incorporate according to the guidelines set out below into any work (including broadcast, commercial, industrial, educational, and personal) that is created by you provided that work is not sold or distributed as a single background, effect, dvd menu, dvd packaging artwork or as part of any background/effect/dvd templates library, collection, set or product.

Direct linking to the files or uploading them to your own webspace or other file hosting services is strictly prohibited!

YOU MAY NOT:

• Create new background loops or templates with the help of our animations and provide them via internet
  

• Create defamatory, scandalous, obscene, or immoral works using the Data, nor use the Data for any other purpose which is unlawful.

• Sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the Data of copy therof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by you), to another person or company.
